Thistle is the original Minstrel 23, sail number 001, and has been sailed in many areas of the UK and as far afield as the Mediterranean. Many of her exploits are described in the Hunter Liberty Minstrel Owners association newsletters (under the name of ‘Dixie’). She spent about the last ten years out of the water until briefly launching in 2022 and is in very good condition, benefiting from a massive refit over the last three years, ensuring many years of low maintenance enjoyment for the new owner.
