I see absolutely no reason why the Nantucket Clipper should not be included amongst the growing list of modern-day classics.

The Leopard 3800 was ahead of its time when it first hit the market. It offers exceptional all round space comfort for its overall length. The original Lemsteraak design was drawn in 1876 in Lemmer, Holland and was intended as a herring fisher although because of their speed under sail they were mainly used to transport the fish around Northern Europe.

Here we have a nice example of this classic cruiser. This bullet proof Bill Dixon design is a very happy compromise between comfort, sea-keeping and performance and was one of Moody's most popular models.
