Description

Here for sale is Blueberry Hill a Hunter Ranger 245 from 1999. She is a bilge keel (Twin fins) and has recently been antifouled. She is fully ready to sail and comes with warps and fenders etc.
We have owned her since 2018 and have done several upgrades on her including:
Fit Tiller pilot.
New tiller.
Re-bed Port and Starboard saloon windows.
Full re-upholster throughout.
Recent Standing rigging change.
Regular anti foul and anode change.

Sails are original and in good condition. The foresail with a UV strip is furling with a new sheet.
Main sail has two reefs and all lines colour coded run aft into the cockpit.
She comes with a Stack a Pack and Lazy Jack set which we purchased new in about 2019 and is clean and serviceable as expected.
In the cockpit are the engine controls, manual bilge pump and tiller with extension. All line run into the cockpit via a series of clutches and jammers.
The stainless-steel push pit contains a horse shoe ring, marker torch and Ensign holder.
There is a spray hood which is in good order and two sets of washboards, one set are perspex to allow additional light below.
Below deck on the PS is a small head with wash basin and wets locker. In the Saloon there is a fold down chart table and switch panel.
In the Centre is the drop leaf table which can be removed if required.
On the starboard side is additional sleeping area to stern in a double berth and a small galley that has a two-burner stove and cool box.
She is powered by a Yanmar 1GM engine with low hours that is regularly serviced by the owner and comes with spare belt, oil filter and Impeller.
Electricity on board is supplied by an extension which is plugged into a battery charger/maintainer. There are two batteries on board linked with a digital select relay.
She has an anchor with chain and warp held in the bespoke anchor locker.
