Rosie has had a 2024 refit focusing on simplicity and reliability of all systems. She is in generally great condition but also has recently had a complete rewire, new spars and new running and standing rigging. The sails are in good condition and there is a spare new jib. She sails excellently, very light on the tiller and easy to handle, rig and reef.

There is no gas on Rosie. She has one of the last excellent Origo twin burner alcohol hobs. Pressurised water to the sink and separate water for drinking means easy refilling and cleaning of the water containers.
Over the sink there is a drying rack that drains into the sink that also acts as storage for cutlery and dishes keeping the galley kit tidy and easily accessible for next use.
In the heads there is the latest odour free Trelino composting loo with no moving parts or valves making things much simpler on estuaries and other inland area with the ever tightening regulations. Because of the nature of this item it is negotiable. The working seacocks are in place and would allow a sea toilet to be easily fitted.
The electrics are powered by two 70ah batteries topped up by a 50w solar panel connected via a Victron bluetooth monitored MPPT controller. All inside and navigation lighting is new LED so that electric consumption is low and reliable.
The 2019 Mariner 6hp motor has only had a few hours running since its last service. It is fuelled by a fuel tank contained in the very large illuminated cockpit locker connected by a fuel line running through a custom escutcheon in the bulkhead keeping the cockpit clear and tidy. There are a multitude of lockers and shelves in Rosie providing ample storage.
Rosie comes with a good trailer and dolly and a gin pole that connects to eyes on the cabin top aiding easy mast raising.

Rosie has spacious comfortable accommodation and comes with extensive documentation including rigging and electric circuit diagrams.
