The Hunter Horizon 30 is a popular family cruising yacht offering modern, spacious accommodation for up to six in two cabins and saloon.

This particular example is the twin keel version, her shallow draft makes her ideal for the East Coast rivers with the ability to take ground. Good example of class that benefits from many updates and improvements over the past two years including replacement standing rigging. The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins and saloon with good headroom throughout.

Forecabin with V berth and infill creating a double, stowage above and below. Opening hatch to foredeck. Saloon area with port and starboard settee berths and drop leaf table to centre. Navigation station to port. Peninsular galley to starboard side comprising Plastimo Atlantic two burner cooker with oven and grill. Single stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised mixer tap, under counter fridge (new condenser unit 2025) and ample storage in various lockers and cupboards. Separate heads compartment opposite to port with Jabsco marine toilet, vanity unit with washbasin and pull out hot and cold mixer tap/shower, wet hanging locker and opening port. Aft cabin with double berth. Steps leading up to self draining cockpit with seating and stowage beneath. 12V interior lighting. Curtains and wood faced flooring.

Construction

Built in 1994 by Hunter Boats Ltd to a design by David Thomas. White GRP hull and superstructure with moulded-in, non-slip to decks and cockpit. Bolt on twin keels with lead ballast. Tiller steering to transom hung rudder. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Teak coach roof rails. Gas locker.
