We are offering for sale our loved Hunter Horizon 272, “Sirius,” a beautifully maintained sailing yacht that has provided us with countless joyful days on the water. Meticulously cared for, Sirius boasts significant upgrades, including a new mainsail and self-tacking jib from Dart Sails (2022 and 2023), as well as a new stack pack and lazy jacks (2022) and new spray hood, tiller, and anchor (2024).

Winterized each year and always serviced, Sirius features a recently installed Jabsco toilet pump and an engine that has been professionally serviced as of March 2025, along with new anti-fouling treatment. While designed to accommodate six, she comfortably sleeps four, making her perfect for family adventures. With her lines led aft, self-tacking jib and tiller pilot she’s also great for short-handed sailing. Currently moored in Dartmouth and actively sailed in 2025, she is ready for her next owner to set sail. We have loved owning and sailing Sirius but we have decided that it is time for us to move up to a larger yacht. All photos are from March and April 2025.
