Description

Hunter 27 TK (Lottie) for sale. She is the popular twin keel version. Lottie is in very good condition and has had a lot of work done recently including, Hull sand blast and epoxy, New folding prop, new cabin heating installed, AIS send receive installed etc. She has a Yanmar 1GM 10 engine which was serviced last season and starts 'on the button'. She comes with an extensive range of equipment listed below. She is currently moored on the Exeter Canal at Turf lock.

Accommodation

Supposedly 6 berths but more realistically 4. The Aft cabin is a double, there are two berths in the main cabin and a double c child berth in the forepeak.

There is good headroom in the main cabin which has a U shaped dinette and a table with two drop down flaps. On the port side is the heads compartment with Jabasco Marine Toilet and wash basin and hanging locker. Beyond the heads is the chart table and navigation station. On the starboard side is the double aft cabin and forward of that the galley with Plastimo gas cooker, sink and coolbox.

The cabin has heating, LED touch sensitive spotlights and also a fan over the chart table. The upholstery is pale blue and in good condition.
